My paintings are imaginative and emotional recollections celebrating genuine connections within a multicultural world. Often featuring elements of portraiture, my work also includes decorative abundance through colorful patterns and abstract shapes. The titles and content of the paintings hint to a narrative impetus, stories of a situation or an encounter that become alive again within the painting. I often work on several pieces related to a central theme, making each work with the aspiration that it becomes an aperture for the viewer’s gaze to be absorbed within, considering the visual and conceptual qualities of the project.

I am also a graphic designer with recognized competencies across multimedia design.
