Tom Payne of PWAS is organizing a plein air group at the Bluebell Festival on April 7th. We will gather in front of the stone house at Merrimac Farm at 9:00 am. At that time, Tom will give you a few guidelines to follow as you explore and decide where you would like to sketch and paint during the day. Experienced members will be asked to share their ideas and suggestions with the group. After that, you will be free to go forth and enjoy the day!
